When I am organizing a casual meet up with friends who do not know each other I find myself in two scenarios. 1) I send the same direct SMS to several different people, and sometimes lose track of who has responded and who has not. 2) I create a group message, but then some people cannot make it and they are stuck on the thread until after the event. I could use Partiful… but it feels a bit over the top to create an official invitation page for a casual meet up to surf or picnic in the park. So I made cajAPP to solve this problem for me. I can send individual SMS to participants in one step and track responses.
Currently, I’m the only user, but I built a landing site with Vercel in case I decide to put more effort into the UI and make it public in the future.
